Job Responsibilities
Greet customers and understand their needs to provide the best shopping experience.
Assist customers in selecting Jockey products, including innerwear, loungewear, activewear, and athleisure.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Focus on cross-selling and upselling to increase sales.
Maintain product knowledge, including sizes, styles, colors, and available offers.
Ensure proper product display, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
Maintain store cleanliness, product arrangement, and inventory accuracy.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Maintain billing accuracy and follow store policies and procedures.
Monitor sales performance and achieve KPIs such as ATV, UPT, conversion rate, and average bill value.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
0–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in apparel or innerwear.
Freshers with good communication and customer-handling skills can also apply.
Good communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
Customer-oriented, enthusiastic, and target-driven.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on a retail store schedule.
