Nature of the Job
The Customer Sales Specialist (CSS) will be responsible for promoting and selling company
products through door-to-door knocking and field sales activities. The role includes lead generation,
product demonstrations at customer residences, closing sales, and ensuring high customer
satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead generation through door-to-door knocking and field prospecting.
• Product demonstrations at customer residences.
• Building strong customer relationships.
• Explaining product features, benefits, and pricing clearly.
• Handling digital leads from online platforms and call centres.
• Achieving assigned monthly sales targets.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Customer ID creation, documentation, and order collection.
• Participation in BTL activities like canopy activations, society programs, exhibitions, and trade
shows.
Educational Qualification & Experience
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate / Diploma / ITI
Experience: Freshers welcome; 6 months sales experience preferred
