Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and pitch products/services to customers.

• Convert leads into successful sales by explaining product benefits.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in the system.

• Ensure adherence to company sales policies and compliance standards.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English.

• Strong selling and persuasion skills.

• Customer handling and objection management.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts.

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

• Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude.
