Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and identify potential clients (builders, architects, real estate developers, facility managers).

• Conduct site visits and understand customer requirements.

• Present and pitch elevator products and solutions.

• Prepare and submit quotations/proposals.

• Negotiate terms and close sales contracts.

• Coordinate with installation and service teams.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Maintain CRM/database and regular follow-ups.
