Sales Executive

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at Unique Landways. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound & outbound leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.

2. Conduct project presentations, coordinate site visits, and property tours for prospective buyers.

3. Build and maintain strong client relationships through timely follow-ups and personalized communication.

4. Understand client requirements, provide property solutions, and address concerns to ensure smooth decision-making.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with campaigns and promotional activities.

6. Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals in alignment with company policies and project guidelines.

7. Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and conversions using CRM tools and reporting systems.

8. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to strengthen sales pitch.

9. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
