This is a full-cycle B2B sales role designed for a professional who can own the entire customer journey — from lead generation to closing deals and ensuring successful implementation. You will engage directly with decision-makers, deliver impactful product demos, work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and development teams, and drive strategic growth for ERP and SaaS solutions across retail, restaurant, and supply chain industries.
This role combines business development, consultative sales, account management, and product thinking, requiring both commercial acumen and technical understanding.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Business Development
Identify and qualify ERP/SaaS opportunities through referrals, outbound prospecting, and targeted campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and SMB clients to ensure high retention and expansion.
Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and increase brand presence.
Solution Selling & Demos
Conduct tailored product demos to showcase value based on client workflows.
Translate customer requirements into precise solution designs, coordinating with developers for custom implementations.
Handle negotiations, proposals, and contract closures.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with digital marketing to run targeted lead-generation campaigns.
Work with the Creative/WordPress team to ensure compelling product landing pages and online presence.
Provide structured client feedback to influence product roadmaps.
Market Research & Innovation
Monitor ERP and SaaS trends in retail, restaurant, and supply chain sectors.
Use AI tools for competitor analysis, proposal generation, and market opportunity insights.
Contribute to innovation initiatives, ensuring solutions stay ahead of industry shifts.
