Proactive Calling: Execute outbound calls to potential investors and homebuyers, maintaining a professional and persuasive tone.
Project Expertise: Deeply understand Vridora’s portfolio (Residential/Commercial/Farmland) to effectively answer technical questions about floor plans, amenities, and ROI.
Quality Conversions: Focus on the quality of leads by vetting prospects thoroughly before scheduling site visits for the sales team.
CRM Mastery: Maintain meticulous records of the sales funnel, ensuring no lead is left without a timely follow-up.
Objection Handling: Use your experience to navigate common real estate objections regarding pricing, location, and legalities.
Mentorship: Assist in onboarding newer team members by sharing best practices for lead engagement.
Proven Track Record: At least 6 months of experience in Telesales or Telemarketing (Real Estate experience is a significant advantage).
Advanced Communication: Sharp, professional verbal skills in Hindi with the ability to build quick rapport.
Sales Psychology: Understanding of how to create urgency and "close" for the appointment.
Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Noida real estate landscape and competitor projects in the Delhi-NCR region.
Resilience: A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding monthly lead-generation targets.
