Job Description: Sales Executive

Position: Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1.      Lead Conversion (Telephonic):

  •   Call prospective leads and explain product details, pricing, and benefits.

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable EV models.

  • Generate leads through field visits, BTL activities, referrals, and follow-ups.

2.      CRM & Database Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead status in CRM.

  • Update and track lead progress daily to meet sales KPIs.

3.      Product Knowledge:

  • Stay informed about all vehicle models, pricing, features, financing, and current offers.

  • Confidently address customer queries and objections over calls.

4.      Customer Support & Coordination:

  • Coordinate with field teams for test rides, deliveries, and documentation.

  • Ensure smooth post-sale customer experience.

5.      Target Achievement:

  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Contribute to team performance by sharing best practices and feedback.

6.      BTL & Local Marketing

  • Participate in local promotions, canopy activations, and community outreach to increase visibility.

  • Distribute marketing materials and collect leads during campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or BPO (EV/automobile sector preferred)

  • Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English

  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated

  • Basic computer and CRM handling skills
