Conduct thorough research to identify potential attendees and generate leads, contributing to the growth of the attendee base.
Utilize cold-calling techniques to effectively sell event participation to a curated list of potential attendees, showcasing the value and benefits of the conference.
Build meaningful and enduring client relationships over the phone, utilizing excellent interpersonal skills to foster engagement and trust.
Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, meticulously updating attendee details and information to ensure accurate tracking of progress.
Provide dedicated support to delegates throughout the registration process, offering assistance and guidance to enhance the overall attendee experience.
