Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist walk-in and online customers.
Generate leads through referrals, events, digital platforms, and cold calling.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Toyota models.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
Explain product features, pricing, finance, insurance, and exchange offers.
Negotiate and close vehicle sales.
Coordinate vehicle booking, documentation, registration, and delivery.
Maintain customer relationships and perform post-sales follow-ups.
Update customer information in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Eligibility

Any graduate .
Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of automobile sales experience .
Valid four-wheeler driving license is preferred.
Good communication skills in English and the local language.
