About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive who can drive sales, manage client relationships, and contribute to business growth in the optical retail furniture domain.

Roles & Responsibilities

·  Handle incoming inquiries and leads by understanding client requirements clearly.

·  Connect with clients through calls/WhatsApp to explain products, solutions, and service offerings.

·  Share catalogs, photos, videos, and design options as per client requirements.

·  Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and presentations.

·  Arrange client meetings at the office or visit client sites for discussions, measurements (if needed), or closure meetings.

·  Coordinate with the design team for layouts, design changes, and approvals.

·  Coordinate with production, stores, and installation teams for smooth project execution.

·  Maintain regular follow-ups with all active leads to ensure timely closures.

·  Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients for repeat and referral business.

·  Track project stages, keep records updated, and share regular reports with the Sales Head.

·  Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

·  Maintain CRM/lead tracker and ensure proper documentation of all interactions and updates.

Skills & Competencies

·       Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

·       Strong negotiation and closing ability

·       Good presentation and client-handling skills

·       Basic understanding of retail/showroom interiors (preferred)

·       Self-motivated, result-driven, and willing to travel for client visits
