Sales Executive

A Sales Executive drives revenue by finding new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and selling products/services, involving lead generation, client meetings (in-person/virtual), presentations, contract negotiation, and meeting sales targets, while managing sales data in CRM and collaborating with marketing for seamless customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Gen: Identify potential customers through research, networking, cold calls, etc..

Client Engagement: Meet clients, understand needs, offer solutions, present products/services, and handle inquiries/complaints.

Closing Deals: Negotiate terms, prepare quotes/proposals, and finalize sales.

Account Management: Maintain existing client relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure satisfaction.

Reporting & Tracking: Use CRM software to log activities, track progress, and report on performance.

Strategy: Develop sales strategies, stay updated on market trends, and represent the company at events.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Knowledge: Understanding of sales processes, market dynamics, and CRM tools.

Education: Often a Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing, though experience is key.
