We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven B2B sales Executive to generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, lead follow-ups, and relationship building. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in pitching products, and the ability to convert leads into long-term business clients.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients from provided databases
Identify decision-makers and present company products effectively
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM
Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and WhatsApp (if applicable)
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Provide feedback on market trends and customer insights
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in B2B inside sales
Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable handling objections and closing deals
Good knowledge of CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred, if applicable)
Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset
Basic understanding of sales pipeline and lead management
