We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer interactions across calls, WhatsApp chats, and IndiaMART. The role involves generating new leads, building strong customer relationships, and increasing sales by effectively addressing customer queries and providing product information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and IndiaMART.

• Generate new leads and opportunities to increase sales.

• Provide detailed product information and follow up with potential clients.

• Identify customer needs and suggest relevant solutions.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
