JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES EXECUTIVE (LOGISTICS)

Experience: 2–3 Years

Designation Options: Sales Executive – Logistics or Business Development Executive – Freight & Transport

Role Summary

Responsible for acquiring new logistics clients, pitching freight solutions, managing quotations, and ensuring customer satisfaction across transport, warehousing, and supply chain services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new customers for freight forwarding, LTL/FTL transport, warehousing, and 3PL services.

  • Present pricing, proposals, and customized logistics solutions to clients.

  • Manage accounts, follow-ups, and after-sales support.

  • Coordinate with operations, dispatch, transporters, and warehouse teams.

  • Monitor shipment movement and resolve customer issues or delays.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets in freight, transportation, and logistics services.

  • Maintain CRM entries, client lists, and pipeline tracker.

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of freight, logistics operations, and routing

  • Strong negotiation & persuasion

  • Experience in B2B logistics sales

  • Good communication skills

  • Client relationship management

Qualifications

  • Graduate (Any stream)

  • 2–3 years in logistics sales (mandatory)
