Experience: 0.6 to 3 years of experience in Sales or 6 month of Life insurance

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive individual sales for Life Insurance (Direct Channel).

• Work on 50% company-provided leads and 50% self-sourced leads.

• Convert prospects into customers through need-based selling.

• Maintain healthy relationships with clients for renewals and referrals.

• Ensure achievement of monthly & quarterly sales targets.

• Adhere to compliance & process guidelines of the company.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in BFSI sector or Insurance

• Ability to generate leads from personal network and references.

• Strong communication & negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated with result-driven attitude.
