Job Description

1. Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
2. Handle inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, social media & walk-ins
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM software is a plus
4. Explain course details, fees, batches, and placement support clearly
5. Maintain student records, admission data & daily reporting
6. Coordinate with trainers, marketing & operations teams
7. Assist in basic HR/admin tasks (attendance, documentation, onboarding support)
8. Support seminars, demo sessions, and counseling events
9. Ensure a positive student experience from inquiry to enrollment
10. Reach our perspective clients/colleges for workshops
