Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and self-motivated IT Sales Executive to join our team. The role will begin with a structured training program in Varanasi, after which candidates will be deployed in a field sales capacity in one of our operational cities.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing, fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships, pitching IT solutions, and closing deals.
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting prospects within your assigned territory. You will represent Techhansa’s full suite of IT services and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored technology solutions that solve real business problems.
Job Location & Training Details
The initial job location will be Varanasi, where selected candidates will undergo a structured training program.
Upon successful completion of training, candidates will be required to relocate based on business requirements to one of the following cities:
Jaipur
Gurgaon
Bangalore
Chandigarh
Candidates must be open and flexible to relocation after the training period.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region
Conduct in-person meetings, demos, and client presentations
Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and partner meetings
Maintain a consistent schedule of field visits and prospecting activities
Consultative Selling & Solution Fit
Understand client requirements through discovery meetings
Propose customized IT solutions (cloud, managed services, AI/ML, IT infrastructure)
Collaborate with presales and delivery teams for proposals and technical documentation
Deal Closure & Client Management
Manage the complete sales cycle – from lead generation to closure
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (CIOs, IT Heads, Procurement teams)
Drive account growth through upselling and renewals
Reporting & CRM
Update reporting managers with field activities and pipeline status
Provide weekly/monthly sales reports
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Required Qualifications
B.Sc or BCA graduate
1–6 years of experience in IT sales
Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions (cloud, cybersecurity, managed services, AI/ML, IT infrastructure)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to achieve sales targets
Willingness to travel extensively
Open to relocation after training
