Job Title: IT Sales Executive
Job Summary
Tech Guru IT Solutions is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote our IT products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of IT solutions, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online lead generation.
Promote IT products and services including Servers, Networking Solutions, Cyber Security, Cloud Services, Website Development, Software Licensing, CCTV Solutions, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with prospects and existing clients.
Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain CRM records and update sales activities regularly.
Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
Knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud, Security, and Software Solutions.
Ability to understand client requirements and provide consultative selling.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in IT Sales, B2B Sales, Software Sales, or Technology Solutions Sales.
Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
Preferred Experience
Experience in selling IT Hardware, Servers, Cloud Solutions, Cyber Security, AMC Services, or Managed IT Services.
Existing network of corporate clients will be an added advantage.
