Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Dadar, Mumbai
Experience: 2+ Years
Working Days: 6 Days (1 Rotational Off)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Posting property/project details on broker applications and digital platforms.
Identifying and building relationships with channel partners/agents.
Coordinating and conducting site visits with prospective clients and agents.
Following up with leads and channel partners to ensure business conversion.
Handling cold calling to generate new leads and business opportunities.
Maintaining strong relationships with existing and new partners for continuous sales growth.
Supporting sales activities to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Key Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of broker apps and real estate market trends.
Ability to build and manage a channel partner network.
Experience in lead generation, client handling, and site coordination.
Target-oriented with a proactive sales approach.
Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
