Key Responsibilities
· Assist the sales team in promoting and selling Indytreats products to retail, distributor, and direct customers.
· Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and business partners.
· Support daily sales activities including lead generation, follow-ups and customer communication.
· Help identify new business opportunities and market trends.
· Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery updates, and customer support.
· Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and reports.
· Participate in product presentations, promotional activities, exhibitions, and sales campaigns.
· Handle customer inquiries professionally and ensure timely resolution of issues.
· Learn product knowledge and effectively explain product features and benefits to customers.
· Support the achievement of monthly sales targets and team objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow in sales.
· Basic understanding of sales and customer service principles.
· Good organizational and time-management abilities.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
· Intermediate proficiency in English and regional language(s) is preferred.
