Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identifying potential customers through networking, cold calling, and following up on marketing leads.
Needs Discovery: Conducting deep-dive consultations to understand the client's pain points, budget, and long-term goals.
Product Expertise: Maintaining an expert-level understanding of the company’s offerings to explain technical features in "human" terms.
Presentations & Demos: Creating tailored pitches and demonstrating how a product works in the context of the client’s specific environment.
Negotiation & Closing: Handling objections, navigating contract terms, and ensuring a "win-win" agreement for both parties.
Relationship Management: Following up after a sale to ensure satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or renewals.
