About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our footwear showroom team. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, maintaining store standards, and ensuring customers have a delightful shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.

Achieve individual and store sales targets.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, styles, sizes, and promotions.

Ensure merchandise is well-displayed, organized, and replenished on time.

Handle billing, cash, and card transactions accurately.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Manage customer queries, complaints, and provide quick resolutions.

Support in stock management, inventory checks, and visual merchandising.

Stay updated with current fashion/footwear trends and brand offerings.

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 12th pass .

1–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably footwear/apparel industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for customer service and sales.

Ability to work in a team-oriented and target-driven environment.

Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing operations.
