Greet and assist customers in the showroom with product selection.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Explain product features, prices, and offers clearly.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure displays are attractive.
Handle customer billing, payments, and ensure accurate cash handling.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Maintain good product knowledge and stay updated on promotions or discounts.
Manage stock levels, report shortages, and support inventory checks.
Handle customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Support the store manager in day-to-day showroom operations.
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate.
1–3 years of retail or showroom sales experience preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer and billing knowledge.
Pleasant personality and customer-first attitude.
