Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in property purchases, sales, and rentals.

• Conduct market research and comparative market analysis (CMA).

• Schedule and conduct property showings and open houses.

• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.

• Generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals.

• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.

• Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and other stakeholders.

• Maintain updated knowledge of real estate laws and local zoning regulations.

• Use CRM tools and MLS to manage listings and client relationships.
