Job Title: Customer Sales Associate (CSA) – Retail

Job Description:

  • Greet and assist customers on the shop floor

  • Understand customer needs and recommend products

  • Achieve sales targets and promote ongoing offers

  • Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions

  • Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and stock display

  • Assist in stock receiving and inventory checks

  • Follow store policies and customer service standards
