Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell OSM (Omega Seiki Mobility) electric 3-wheelers. The role involves generating leads, building strong relationships with customers, demonstrating vehicle features, and achieving monthly sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell OSM electric 3-wheelers (Cargo & Passenger variants).

  • Identify and approach potential customers such as fleet operators, e-commerce delivery partners, and small businesses.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and test drives.

  • Explain product features, benefits, specifications, financing options, and warranty details.

  • Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.

  • Maintain strong follow-up with leads and existing customers to encourage referrals and repeat sales.

  • Coordinate with the service team for after-sales support and customer satisfaction.

  • Participate in local marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and roadshows.

  • Maintain proper records of sales, leads, and customer feedback.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience (preferably in automobile/electric vehicle sector).

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.

  • Basic understanding of EV technology will be an advantage.

  • Should own a two-wheeler for local travel.

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
