Full Time
Manage wholesale sales, achieve Derby & Canbix targets, and develop strong relationships with existing and new parties.
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, complaints, credit notes, make-to-order requests, and party order processing.
Coordinate advance and credit party orders, payment terms, overdue payments, credit limits, and security cheques.
Manage dispatches, LRs, sample kits, catalogues, T-shirts, special schemes, discounts, and old/odd stock processes.
Communicate price-list, packing, and product changes to parties and provide timely updates on long-time/out-of-stock products.
Prepare and broadcast E-cards, maintain customer information, and follow SOPs for new product launches and pricing.
Conduct regular reporting, review meetings, and calendar activities while ensuring excellent customer service and timely sales follow-ups.
