Roles and Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Promote and explain financial products (e.g., personal or business loans)
- Convert leads into interested prospects or clients
- Follow up and maintain customer records in the system
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets

What We’re Looking For:
- 0–3 years of experience in tele calling or tele sales (finance background preferred)
- Good communication and persuasion skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Self-driven and target-oriented
- Open to both graduates and undergraduates
