Sales Executive – Loans

We are hiring a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive – Loans to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling loan products, generating leads, and building strong relationships with customers. The role requires good communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and basic knowledge of loan processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, references, and field activities

• Promote personal loans, business loans, or other financial products

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan solutions

• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to close sales

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and documentation

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales updates
  

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in loan sales, BFSI, or insurance sales preferred

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

• Basic understanding of loan documentation and process

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  

Qualification:

• Any Graduate / Undergraduate

This role is ideal for candidates who are energetic, sales-focused, and looking to grow their career in the financial services and loan industry. Candidates with experience in direct sales, telesales, or financial product selling will be preferred.
