Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

· SConduct targeted market research to understand EV charging needs and trends within the real estate and multi-housing sector.

· Stay updated on government policies, incentives, and regulations impacting EV charging solutions for residential developments.

· Identify, engage, and secure new partnerships with real estate developers, property managers, housing societies, and apartment associations to drive EVCD installations in residential areas.

· Develop and implement a business development plan focused on multi-housing projects to meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.

· Lead negotiations and structure proposals for large-scale installation projects in residential complexes.

· Establish and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, property management firms, and housing society boards to understand their requirements and offer customized solutions.

· Work collaboratively with partners and real estate stakeholders to influence infrastructure planning for EV charging needs within new and existing residential properties.

· Collaborate with the product and technical teams to customize EVCD offerings for multi-housing societies, considering factors such as parking layouts, load capacity, and user convenience.

· Provide market feedback to enhance product features that appeal to multi-family residential clients and simplify installations.
