Sales Executive

An automotive car sales executive sells vehicles by assessing customer needs, presenting features, arranging test drives, negotiating sales, and closing deals, all while achieving sales targets and maintaining customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include customer interaction, product knowledge, sales target achievement, maintaining customer relationships, processing paperwork, and staying updated on industry trends. 

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement:

  Greet customers, understand their needs and preferences, and provide accurate information about vehicles, features, and services. 

• Product Demonstration:

  Present the benefits of vehicles, arrange and conduct test drives, and answer customer questions. 

• Sales & Negotiation:

  Negotiate prices, facilitate financing options, and guide customers through the entire sales process, including closing the deal. 

• Relationship Management:

  Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through follow-up systems and customer satisfaction efforts. 

• Administrative Tasks:

  Prepare and process paperwork for vehicle purchases and manage a clean and organized showroom. 

• Sales Target Achievement:

  Consistently strive to meet and exceed monthly, weekly, and annual sales targets. 

• Continuous Learning:

  Stay updated on new products, services, industry trends, and sales training.
