Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert prospects into sales.

• Conduct property presentations and site visits.

• Understand client needs and offer suitable property options.

• Negotiate deals and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Maintain client database and follow up regularly.

• Willing to work on weekends and travel for site visits.
