We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to manage and grow our sales both online and in-store. This role will involve handling sales through our online platforms, managing customer inquiries via calls, and assisting customers in our physical store. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Manage and drive sales through our online platforms (e.g., website, social media, marketplaces).
Respond promptly and professionally to online and phone inquiries from potential and existing customers.
Provide product information and guide customers through the purchasing process.
Process online orders efficiently and accurately.
Assist customers visiting our physical store, providing excellent in-person service.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and promotions.
Follow up with leads and past customers to encourage repeat business.
Maintain sales records and contribute to sales reports.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.
Potentially manage online product listings and updates.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales (online or retail preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with online sales platforms and basic computer skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
