Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in clients and existing members in a courteous and professional manner
Provide accurate information about gym facilities, services, and membership plans
Convert walk-in and telephonic inquiries into active memberships
Handle incoming calls, follow-ups, and customer queries efficiently
Maintain member records, daily sales reports, and activity logs
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth functioning
Ensure the front office remains well-organized, presentable, and welcoming at all times
Eligibility & Requirements
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable appearance with a confident and positive personality
Sales-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer service
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, data entry, emails)
Can work in rotational shifts
