Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Agent with experience in loan sales to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting loan products, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell loan products to potential customers

• Generate and follow up on leads

• Explain loan terms and procedures clearly to customers

• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions

• Meet individual sales targets and contribute to team goals

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in loan sales

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Target-driven and result-oriented

• Ability to work independently and handle customer queries
