Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to manage and guide a team towards achieving The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along experience in team management and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

• Allocate tasks and monitor team performance to ensure timely completion.

• Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, share feedback, and resolve challenges.

• Train and support new team members to ensure smooth onboarding.

• Maintain performance reports and provide insights to management.

• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

• Handle escalations efficiently and ensure client/customer satisfaction.

• Work closely with management to implement process improvements and achieve business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or team handling role.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Good analytical and decision-making skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and relevant software/tools.
