Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Centre Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound calls, providing product/service information, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls professionally and provide accurate information.

• Handle customer complaints or escalate issues when necessary.

• Maintain records of conversations and update customer databases.

• Meet daily/weekly call targets.

• Follow communication scripts and standard operating procedures.
