Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and cold calling.

• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.

• Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to enhance sales strategies.
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Education Sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
