This role is for Zevura Packaged Drinking Water, the FMCG business of Zenuva Group, which is expanding into rice, pulses, salt, and other consumer categories. We are looking for energetic, field-oriented Sales Executives to drive Zevura’s growth across Mumbai through distributor and retail sales, market visits, order generation, and strong relationships with retailers.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to distributors, retailers, shops, supermarkets, and outlets.

• Generate orders and ensure regular product movement in the assigned market.

• Build and maintain strong distributor and retailer relationships.

• Identify and onboard new retail outlets into the distribution network.

• Negotiate pricing, margins, and commercial terms with retailers/distributors.

• Ensure product availability and visibility across assigned markets.

• Follow up on orders, deliveries, payments, and collections.

• Track competitor products, pricing, schemes, and market activity.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and distribution targets.

• Share market feedback and maintain daily call reports and outlet records.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 6 months – 2 years of experience in field sales, distribution sales, FMCG, beverages, or packaged drinking water.

• Experience in distributor/retailer sales and market coverage preferred.

• Comfortable with extensive field and door-to-door sales work.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills; fluent in Hindi & English (Marathi is a plus).

• Energetic, target-oriented, and independent in fieldwork.

• Good understanding of the Mumbai market; local candidates preferred.

• Two-wheeler with valid driving licence preferred.

• Graduate in any discipline.
