About the Role

Rasbake Bakery Systems is looking for a motivated Sales & Lead Generation Executive to support our growing business in commercial bakery and kitchen equipment.

The person will be responsible for generating new business leads, following up with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and converting enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, online platforms, references, and other channels.

- Contact potential customers and introduce RASBAKE products and solutions.

- Handle incoming enquiries and understand customer requirements.

- Follow up regularly with prospects and maintain a proper follow-up pipeline.

- Prepare and share quotations and product information as required.

- Coordinate with the internal team for product availability, pricing, delivery, and technical information.

- Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve assigned sales targets.

- Maintain customer and lead information in the company's records/CRM.

- Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.

- Identify new market opportunities and potential customer segments.

- Follow up with customers after sales and assist in maintaining long-term relationships.

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp.

- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and online communication tools.

- Sales experience, preferably in B2B, machinery, bakery equipment, kitchen equipment, or a related industry, will be an advantage.

- Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also be considered.

- Should be self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn about technical products.

Compensation

Fixed Monthly Salary + Performance-Based Incentive

The exact salary and incentive structure will be discussed and mutually agreed upon during the interview before appointment, based on the candidate's experience, skills, and suitability for the role.
