Key Responsibilities Sales Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities. Generate leads through calls, visits, emails, and networking. Maintain relationships with existing customers. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and negotiate with clients. Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely delivery. Maintain customer records and sales reports. Handle customer complaints and provide solutions. Marketing Responsibilities Plan and execute marketing activities and campaigns. Promote company products through online and offline channels. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Manage social media and promotional activities. Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and product catalogs. Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings. Support branding and business development activities. Required Skills Good communication and negotiation skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel). Strong customer handling ability. Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. Teamwork and problem-solving skills. Qualification Graduate B.TECH, BCA, BA, BBA in Marketing preferred. Experience in Sales will be an added advantage. Experience1–3 Years (as per company requirement) Working Conditions Field visits and client meetings may be required.
