We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will assist in generating leads, interacting with potential clients, and supporting the sales process under the guidance of senior sales staff. Required Knowledge & Skill
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Any Graduation
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheet and CRM tools.

Job Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Client Engagement:
Identify and follow up on potential property buyers or tenants.
Assist in generating leads through calls, emails, social media and referrals.
Schedule and coordinate property visits for prospective clients.
Sales Support:
Provide accurate information about property details, pricing and offers.
Maintain records of client interactions and feedback.
Assist senior sales staff in preparing proposals, quotations and presentations.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Respond promptly to inquiries and ensure a professional customer experience.
Marketing Coordination:
Support marketing campaigns by coordinating with the marketing team.
Share client feedback to help refine marketing strategies.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain CRM and sales records accurately.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities and client interactions.
Post-Sales Coordination
· Prepare and dispatch all necessary documentation to clients post-booking.
· Address and resolve any issues related to payment acknowledgments and money receipts.
· Facilitate the preparation and submission of bank loan documentation in coordination with clients.
· Liaise with banking institutions to manage queries related to loan disbursements and ensure timely acknowledgments.
