Job Summary

We are hiring a Sales Executives for our FirstCry Stores in Bareilly. The candidate should be confident, customer-friendly, and able to drive sales by offering the right product suggestions and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their requirements

• Suggest suitable Jockey products (innerwear, athleisure, sleepwear, etc.)

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store revenue

• Maintain proper product display and store cleanliness

• Promote ongoing offers, new launches, and store schemes

• Handle customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction

• Work as a team to ensure smooth store operations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English preferred)

• Pleasant personality and customer-handling skills

• Sales mindset and ability to convince customers

• Comfortable with standing for long hours

• Minimum qualification: 12th or Graduate

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in apparel/innerwear retail is a plus.

• Target-driven and incentive-motivated

• Smart grooming and professional behavior

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
