Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at Shree Shanti Homes LLP (Avyukta). The roles requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and to drive growth in our building materials business. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, a proven record of closing deals and ensure timely delivery of products and payments.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, purchase orders, challans, and invoices
- Meet clients, understand their needs, and close deals
- Maintain good product knowledge and stay updated on competition
- Follow up with clients sincerely to ensure timely orders and payments
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and invoices
- Manage collections and maintain accurate sales data
- Keep self-updated on market trends and report to management

Requirements:

- Graduate with good computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of building materials and market trends an advantage
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to work hard

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in building materials.
