• Lead Generation & Sales: Proactively identify and engage with potential clients to generate sales leads for our residential and commercial properties.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, guiding them through the entire sales process from initial inquiry to final purchase.

• Market & Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the real estate market and our product portfolio to effectively present and sell our properties.

• Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and negotiation.

• Documentation & Reporting: Ensure all sales-related documentation is accurately completed and provide regular reports on sales activities and progress to management.
