Role Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Pre-Sales Executive to join our team. As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by creating leads, managing initial inquiries, and preparing the groundwork for sales conversions. Their work revolves around providing potential clients with the right information, answering questions, and ensuring smooth transitions from the initial stages of interest to a formal sales discussion.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to Inbound Calls: Effectively and professionally respond to inbound calls from potential customers, providing them with accurate information about our real estate projects.
Initiate Outbound Calls: Proactively initiate outbound calls to assist the sales team in their pre-sales activities, including lead generation and appointment scheduling.
Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date database of prospective customers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Lead Allocation: Allocate leads to respective sales managers/executives based on predefined criteria and collect feedback to continuously improve lead quality.
Customer Feedback: Record and document customer feedback obtained during interactions, which will be invaluable for post-site visit activities and overall customer satisfaction.
MIS Reports: Generate various MIS (Management Information System) reports and assist in other pre-sales activities as per the established processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
A bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate is mandatory.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development.
Skills Needed:
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients, explain real estate offerings, and provide answers to queries.
Product Knowledge: An in-depth understanding of real estate projects, property features, and market trends to effectively present options to potential buyers.
Customer Handling: Ability to build rapport and handle client objections or concerns during the initial stages of their buying journey.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to track multiple leads, schedule follow-ups, and work with different teams efficiently.
Sales Acumen: While it's not direct selling, pre-sales requires the ability to spot buying signals and qualify leads effectively.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office or other tools to track lead status and maintain communication.
