CTC: 2-3 Lacs + incentives
Reports To: Project Sales Manager

Role Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our real estate marketing team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in generating new business, managing relationships with clients, and driving property sales. This role requires a passion for real estate, strong communication skills, and the ability to close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

· Proactively initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest and schedule site visits.

· Coordinate and organize site visits for potential clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

· Effectively demonstrate and showcase our real estate products to visitors, highlighting key features and benefits.

· Provide personalized and consultative guidance to clients, addressing their queries and concerns.

· Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in real estate sales.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong understanding of the real estate market, property types, and industry regulations.

· Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and stay organized.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

· A valid driver’s license ,a reliable vehicle and a smartphone is mandatory.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate is a plus.
