Job Description

Explain products, services, pricing, benefits, and application methods to prospective customers.  Coordinate with the sales team and schedule customer meetings/demonstrations.  Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication until conversion.  Prepare quotations, product information, and basic sales proposals.  Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, enquiries, and conversions.  Conduct market research to identify new customers and opportunities in the agriculture/organic sector.  Coordinate with technical/agriculture experts to address customer queries.  Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual targets.  Maintain good relationships with farmers, dealers, distributors, institutions, and other customers.
