Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell IPPB products and services including savings accounts, digital payment solutions, and insurance offerings.
• Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Drive customer acquisition and manage relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct field visits, door-to-door campaigns, and participate in community outreach programs.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in alignment with bank’s growth objectives.
• Maintain daily sales reports and update customer information accurately.
• Collaborate with postal staff to maximize outreach and lead generation.

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in banking, insurance, telecom, or FMCG.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for customer service and sales.
• Basic knowledge of digital banking and mobile applications is an advantage.
• Ability to travel locally and work in field-based roles.
